Babà in jar cooking

A traditional product with an innovative cooking method that maintains its characteristics unchanged.

The jar-cooked Babà, artisanal and without preservatives , can be kept for up to two years.

It is prepared, leavened, cooked and soaked directly in the jar, so as to make the taste more concentrated and fragrant, without dispersing the flavours and keeping it as if it were freshly baked , preserving all its aromas and flavours.

Our Babà stands out for the uncommon use of NATURAL YEAST instead of brewer's yeast, which gives it an absolutely unique aroma, aftertaste and softness , leaving ample space for the flavours of our range.

To enjoy it at its best, we recommend opening it at least 30 minutes before serving.
