Presented in a small 145g jar, the Babà are available in our entire selection of flavours: Rum, Rum and Chocolate, Limoncello, Berries, Amaretto, Grappa di Bassano Capovilla, Pear and Chocolate, Mojito, Babànettone Raisins and Candied Fruit, Tiramisu, Babbi Zuppa Inglese
But the main feature is the personalized label!

You will have an original, tasty and surely appreciated favor by your guests. Furthermore, once the babà is tasted, the jar can be reused to contain whatever you prefer or simply used as a decorative element to remember your day. Beautiful but also useful!

Why are our babas different?
Usually, Babà in Vasocottura use brewer's yeast to obtain a more stable and faster product in the production chain. However, this compromises the flavor, overpowering the aromas and not making the dough adequately soft.
Our Babà are instead created exclusively with natural yeast : through slow leavening at a controlled temperature, the Babà develop in a soft manner, maintaining all the nuances of flavour , from the softness of the butter to the gentle touch of Madagascar vanilla.
Not simply "Sweet"
All our syrups are studied and balanced so as not to let the simple sweet taste of sugar prevail, but to give the right space to the characteristic flavour of the liqueurs used.
