To best enjoy the Tomato and Porcini Mushroom Sauce we recommend cooking 200g of tagliatelle or pappardelle in plenty of boiling water. Cook them following the times indicated on the package or according to your taste. We recommend keeping it al dente, drain it and pour it into a pan where the sauce has previously been warmed. Sauté quickly and serve.
