Fracassi, with its meats, has reinterpreted renowned traditional recipes from Rassina, a small town in the province of Arezzo, packaging them in glass, ready.
The proposed Chianina stew is simply Chianina beef cooked with the addition of vegetables, tomato, olive oil, salt, spices and nothing more.
Ready to use, it is only necessary to heat it to transform it into a tasty and fragrant second course , typical of the Tuscan tradition, to be served adding, if you want, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil .
