It's my great-grandmother's recipe, all made raw.
It is thought that mustard was first cultivated in India in 3000 BC and was then exported to the West; however, it was already well known in Roman times who used it for the preparation of many dishes and used it for medicine.
Our Mustard is excellent for beef, pork, roasts, boiled dishes and much more.
