This product was born from an ancient Umbrian recipe in which three different types of roughly chopped mushrooms, pine nuts, extra virgin olive oil and our most fragrant summer black truffle flakes are easily combined. Traditional condiment for artisanal pasta, it is also excellent on bruschetta or as a filling for focaccia and text cakes.
