We choose only selected raw materials, and simplicity is the key to the whole project. At the base of these chips there are in fact only three quality ingredients, potatoes, pure sea salt and sunflower oil, and an entirely artisanal production process.
The potatoes ( Agria variety) are matured in the earth, then harvested, washed, lightly peeled and cut into slices. Fried in pure sunflower oil (the best because it is tasteless) at 155°C , they are finally drained, dried, left to cool to room temperature and lightly salted by hand with pure fine sea salt.

How to use: They are recommended for a tasty break, a tasty aperitif or even a healthy and genuine side dish, in the name of naturalness. We give you the chips, you create the recipe . An example? Lime and black pepper!
