Oil obtained from 85% Frantoio and 15% Leccino olives. The color is yellow with intense green reflections. It has a pleasant primary aroma of olive with notes of almond and hints of aromatic herbs. The palate reveals pleasant fruity sensations, with a good structure and a sweet texture supported in the finish by balanced bitter-spicy tones. Excellent on fish dishes, salads and steamed vegetables.
