Top fermented Blanche beer of 4.5% vol.
It has a pale yellow colour, a slightly opalescent appearance and a white, abundant and compact foam. The spices explode on the nose and the coriander can be distinguished very well, which then softens with citrus notes and white flowers. The body is lean and soft, wheat and oats make this beer extremely velvety and light. The mouthfeel is fresh and thirst-quenching thanks to the slightly citric-spicy mix and the very light and pleasant final bitterness.
