Yellow biscuits of Nostrano dell'Isola corn, practically gluten-free, are made by pressing the whole grain of Nostrano dell'Isola corn "Piadera variety" which preserves the wheat germ and the essential oils it contains, to enhance the excellent organoleptic qualities of the product.
Usage
As a substitute for rusks for breakfast or bread for the preparation of croutons. Excellent with sweet compotes or honey.
