Rustic corn flour, produced using fine varieties of red corn such as Marano, Astico and Quattro File, is ground with natural stone to obtain a wholemeal flour that retains its flavour, aroma and authenticity unaltered. The corn with which it is made comes from crops carried out using natural methods, without additional treatments and without undergoing any type of genetic modification in any way. Its flavor makes polenta decidedly sweet and sweet compared to others. The finely ground version is ideal for polenta but also for different preparations such as desserts, fresh pasta, focaccias, bread or breadsticks. They contain gluten.
