Agrimontana uses only apricots harvested at the best moment of ripeness, to transform them into an extra jam with an intense flavor and unmistakable colour. Its ingredients, as required by the traditional recipe, are the best fruit and a little brown sugar, to give the jam a perfect density. The Agrimontana extra apricot jam is perfect as a filling for the traditional Sacher cake.
