Our Bigoli are large spaghetti that come from the Venetian tradition.
Their name derives from the “bigolaro” press used to produce them.
Thanks to their consistency they are particularly suitable for absorbing and retaining condiments.

Ingredients:
Durum wheat semolina
Waterfall

Recommendations for use:
Bring the water to the boil, add the salt, pour in the pasta and cook for the minutes indicated on the package.
Drain, season and serve.
The proportions to consider for optimal cooking of the product are: 1 liter of water, 10 grams of salt, 100 grams of pasta.
