This product of nature is called TIMUR pepper - Pepe Timur di Tarai (Zanthoxylum Armatum). Cultivated by ethnic groups living in the tropical forest of the Tarai region in Nepal. Timur is the result of the difficult and slow harvest, practiced from September to November. Harvested from well-ripe dark red fruits, which arise from the thorny spontaneous plants that generate them. Naturally dried, Timur is easy to grind using any pepper mill.
