Organic Classic Carnaroli Rice not subjected to refining processes, but which still maintains all the coating layers of the grain. Compared to processed Carnaroli, wholemeal Carnaroli has a greater number of husks (skins) that cover the grain itself. From a nutritional point of view, brown rice includes a greater fibrous and lipid portion which, in addition to determining its hazelnut pigmentation, characterizes its digestibility and absorption. To prepare it, it is advisable to immerse it in cold water, bring it to the boil and let it cook for about 40/50 minutes.
