A liter of salted water brought to the boil, 200 grams of flour, a whisk for stirring and a little patience: polenta is one of the simplest and most versatile dishes in our cuisine.
Biancoperla corn polenta is particularly suitable for accompanying all dishes based on river and lagoon fish ''marson, schie, moeche, masenete, prawns and cod'' and is also the great protagonist of two glorious traditional Venetian dishes : polenta e speo (skewer) and polenta e osei (birds).
